Effective from November 2025
1. Ingredients and quality of products
At MeMo, we work with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, carefully selected to ensure the best possible quality.
The proteins and meats used correspond to the quality level included in the contracted plan:
Standard plans include excellent conventional quality cuts.
MeMo Consciente plans use hormone-free meats, organic vegetables, and gourmet-grade products, in line with their price and philosophy.
MeMo reserves the right to make minor adjustments or substitutions to ingredients when:
A product is not available in the local market.
Its quality may not meet our standards due to weather or season.
The price of the ingredient suffers a significant variation that compromises the sustainability of the plan.
These modifications are part of our commitment to the freshness, balance, and consistent quality of each menu.
2. Menu organization and flexibility
Weekly menus are designed based on the chef's creativity and the availability of ingredients at the market.
For this reason:
The days printed on the packaging are consumption suggestions to maximize the freshness of each dish.
The order may vary depending on customer preference or delivery logistics.
Changes or special requests must be made no later than Saturday to be included in the menu for the following Monday. Requests received after that date may be considered for the following week.
3. Food preservation and handling
Dishes must be kept refrigerated from the moment of delivery until consumption.
Our packaging is not vacuum-sealed , so it is important to maintain the cold chain and not expose it to heat or direct light.
MeMo is not responsible for alterations in texture, flavor, or product safety resulting from improper or prolonged storage outside of refrigeration.
4. Delivery conditions
Deliveries are made under optimal refrigeration and packaging conditions, within previously established schedules.
Any delays due to external factors (weather, traffic, or force majeure) will not affect the validity of the product nor will they imply financial compensation.
Once the order has been delivered, the responsibility for its preservation falls on the customer.
5. Nutritionists and personalized plans
MeMo does not design or prescribe nutritional plans . Menus are prepared according to the diets provided by each client's nutritionist or healthcare professional.
When the client requires the diet to be followed exactly , including exact portions, specific preparations, or precise combinations, an additional charge will apply for planning, monitoring, and customization time.
Likewise, if the client requests the services of our in-house nutritionist , said service will have an additional cost .
If the client does not have a nutritionist or does not hire in-house counseling, MeMo will not assume responsibility for unmet nutritional goals, dietary reactions, or results that differ from those expected.
6. Bentgo Prep Containers – Coming November 2025
Starting in November 2025 , all of our meals will be packaged in Bentgo Prep Containers , a line of reusable, food-safe, and certified containers.
These containers offer multiple benefits:
Microwave and dishwasher safe , resistant to high and low temperatures.
Made with materials free of BPA, phthalates and other toxins .
Designed to better preserve the texture, moisture and temperature of food.
Reusable and eco-friendly , they significantly reduce the use of single-use plastics.
They have a firm (but not airtight) closing lid that prevents spills during transport.
With the implementation of Bentgo Prep, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainability , health , and the conscious culinary experience of our customers.
7. Limitation of liability
MeMo will not be responsible for:
Damage, loss or deterioration of the product caused by improper storage, incorrect handling or delays in consumption .
Any allergic reaction or intolerance not previously reported.
Minor variations in presentation, color or texture, characteristic of craftsmanship and the use of natural ingredients.
Acceptance of the delivered food implies the customer's agreement with the conditions described here.
8. Cancellations and returns
Any cancellation or change of order must be notified at least 48 hours in advance .
Changes requested with less notice may not be applicable, as supplies are purchased and prepared in advance.
Returns of food products are not accepted once delivered, for food safety reasons.
9. Intellectual property and use of content
The recipes, menus, texts, photographs, and visual materials of MesaMorena or Namüle are the intellectual property of the brand.
