The Beginnings of MesaMorena

Between Laura, her little sister, Julia and myself, the Mesa Morena project is starting to take off, and we’re so happy to share each step with you.


Behind our meals, there’s a small but mighty team: Estuardo at the market, the people who provide our meats and seafood, and everyone who helps us make sure each dish reaches you with care and love.


We’re very excited to have prepared our first meals for our first five clients. Each dish reflects our effort and dedication: homemade, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients, designed so that enjoying something tasty also means taking care of your body.

We offer gluten-free options and meals that are friendly for those who need to pay special attention to their diet, but above all, we want every bite to be a moment of pleasure and well-being.

Starting a new project is never easy: we’ve learned from mistakes, delays, and challenges, but thanks to the patience and support of those who have been with us from the beginning, every day becomes more beautiful and motivating.


Balanced eating doesn’t have to be complicated or boring.


At Mesa Morena, we believe that healthy food can be delicious, varied, and full of love, and we’re so happy to share this with you in every delivery.
