Namüle proudly announces the launch of our new baking branch
Baking Time

Our Coconut Bread is baked in small, intentional batches using traditional methods and fresh ingredients. Because it is truly artisanal, we produce limited quantities so every loaf develops its full flavor and texture.
To preserve its freshness naturally, we freeze each loaf at its peak. This helps maintain moisture and quality without additives, so when you warm it properly, it tastes just like it came out of the oven.
Follow us on Instagram to know when the next batch will be baked and available.

Pan de Coco
Introducing the rock star of Garifuna tradition: Coconut BreadChef Laura crafts it from scratch, starting with selecting the freshest coconuts, extracting the milk, and baking the bread to perfection. The coconut oil she uses is produced by a group of Garifuna women known as Las tres Garifunas , ensuring that the production and distribution of this bread support the community back home.
Are you ready to give it a try?

We bake twice a week, ensuring that the bread stays fresh for sale for one day before we freeze it. The traditional Flower of Bollitos de Pan de Coco is only prepared upon prior request.
